Launching a successful startup starts with really understanding and validating your customer's problem. This programme is designed to guide you through that crucial process. Through practical experiments, in-depth discussions and real-world feedback, you will gain the confidence and tools to make your vision a reality.
What will you be working with?
- You will dive into the startup framework and learn how to achieve consistent growth, while discovering why 90% of startups fail.
- Validate the customer problem: you delve into your customer's needs to make sure your idea solves the right challenges.
- Testing and refining your startup (idea): with practical experiments and feedback from practice, you validate and improve your concept.
- During the programme, you will conduct 50 customer interviews to gather valuable and applicable feedback.
Selection criteria
- You have a scalable and repeatable start-up idea. This means that your idea has the potential to grow rapidly without costs rising proportionally, and that it can be successfully rolled out in different markets or customer segments.
- You show commitment and motivation to complete the full programme, including related activities in addition to the training sessions:

Startup Readiness programme
The Startup Readiness Program (SRP) is a unique and structured approach designed to support startups in the Brabant region during their growth journey. The programme is specifically tailored to guide entrepreneurs through every stage of their startup development, from idea validation to landing their first customers.
