This workshop*, facilitated by Kerry Forrester of Tilburg University, introduces a practical tool to turn your vision into a clear and structured plan.
A Theory of Change (ToC) provides a concrete roadmap and helps you link your daily activities to meaningful long-term impact.
*The workshop will be conducted in English.

During this interactive workshop, you will learn about the key elements of a ToC, practice mapping your impact from goals to actions, and start developing your own framework. You will learn how to link your activities to the intended impact, gain insight into core components such as inputs, outputs and outcomes, and take the first steps in developing a Theory of Change for your own startup.
