As an entrepreneur, do you mainly work in your business instead of on your business? You are bursting with ideas and see opportunities everywhere, but the issues of the day often leave you without a clear thread. Important questions for the future remain unanswered and you lack the focus to really grow.
During this intensive 3-part workshop, you will change all that. Under professional guidance, you will step out of the daily hectic to draw up a rock-solid and well thought-out business plan. This workshop consists of 3 mornings, participation is only possible if you attend all three parts.
what are you going home with?
During the workshop, you will gain keen insight into what makes a plan successful: how to gather information and what strategic choices are needed for growth. In three specific half-days, you will work exclusively on the future of your own business, away from your daily work. You will have the opportunity to test your choices and strategy directly with Paul, fellow entrepreneurs and you will learn how to present your plans powerfully to external parties such as investors, banks or cooperation partners.
