On 17 November, the Get Inspired Event took place at the LocHal Tilburg, part of Global Entrepreneurship Week. Visitors were inspired by Koen Droste, co-founder of Polarsteps, who showed how a travel app grew into a global platform with 15 million users.
Sander de Klerk of The Good Roll also shared his story on sustainable business and social impact. The event provided a unique opportunity to ask questions and gain new insights.

Koen Droste
Co-founder of Polarsteps, told the story behind one of the world's most successful travel apps. Polarsteps helps more than 15 million users document their travels and relive their travel memories in a beautiful, intuitive way. Koen will talk about the early days of the start-up, the challenges of scaling up a technology company and how a clear product vision and a strong team culture helped turn a simple idea into a global platform.
Sander de Klerk
is the founder of The Good Roll, a social enterprise whose mission is to change lives with something as simple as toilet paper. His company produces 100% of recycled, plastic-free toilet paper and donates 50% of profits to building toilets in communities that lack access to safe sanitation. Sanders' journey is proof that entrepreneurship and social impact can go hand in hand. Expect a lecture full of passion and purpose.
