1.2 In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, we manage the personal data we collect.

2. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE USE

2.1 We collect personal information that you enter on our website. This may be for example when you register for something, request information, send messages to other users, when you enter competitions (or any other type of marketing action), sign up for our newsletter or when you participate in surveys, workshops or promotions.

(c) Service providers and consultants: third parties that provide us with a certain service, such as, for example, companies we cooperate with. These companies will only use your data for the activity for which the cooperation is intended. Your data will not be shared with other parties and a processing agreement will be in place to ensure privacy.

(d) Legal or governmental authorities: third parties authorised to request your data on legal grounds.

4.2 We will never disclose information from or about individuals to third parties, other than as indicated above. We may possibly provide organisations with statistics and analytical information, but we will always ensure that this is not personal information and will always be on an anonymous basis.
